1. Model Positioning & Core Power:

25 cubic meter heavy gasoline tank truck (refueling truck), specifically designed for heavy-duty gasoline transportation and on-site refueling scenarios. It is equipped with Weichai WP10.340E22 engine, a classic power unit of Weichai, featuring strong power output, excellent fuel economy and high reliability, which can easily cope with complex road conditions and high-intensity operation requirements.

2. Chassis & Cab Configuration:

The chassis adopts the combination of MCX16ZG double rear axles and VGD95 front axle, with outstanding load-bearing capacity and strong driving stability, suitable for heavy-duty transportation scenarios; matched with HW76 cab, it has a spacious internal space and reasonable control layout, providing drivers with a comfortable driving environment and improving the comfort of long-distance operations.

3. Exterior & Safety Protection:

The whole vehicle is equipped with a high-strength metal bumper, which has excellent impact resistance and effectively protects key components of the vehicle body; the bottom lifting guardrail is convenient and practical, and the anti-slip platform is made of anti-slip material, ensuring the walking safety of operators when getting on and off the tank for operations, and greatly reducing operational risks.

4. Tank Structure & Material:

The tank volume reaches 25 cubic meters, meeting the demand for large-capacity transportation; the main body of the tank is 5mm thick, the head is 5mm thick, and the baffle is 3mm thick, all made of high-quality steel with exquisite welding technology. The structure is solid and durable, with good sealing and corrosion resistance, which can ensure the safety of oil transportation for a long time.

5. Functional Configuration & Safety Guarantee:

 Equipped with a high-efficiency gear oil pump, it supports two refueling modes: pressure oil relief and gravity flow, adapting to different operation scenarios with high refueling efficiency; it is standard equipped with core safety devices such as flame arrester, on-board fire extinguisher and subsea valve, and is also equipped with 2 special oil discharge pipes, comprehensively preventing potential safety hazards during transportation and operation, and complying with industry safety standards.
